We stayed at Palmwag Campsite and were thrilled with the beautiful pools, gorgeous views, and reasonably priced drinks at the bar. the staff was friendly and the buffet-style meals in the open-air restaurant had fantastic views. Our campsite had electricity, a sink with running water, and a private spot overlooking an area where an elephant lives. the location is a perfect stopping point for exploring the area and making our way to Swakopmund the next day.

I keep coming back for my holidays because the staff helped me print my boarding pass on my first stay. This place has everything I need: free parking, security, a bar, an outdoor pool, laundry service, and more! No pets allowed. It suits me perfectly!

We stayed here on our way to Swakopmund through the Skeleton Coast. The night before we were in Damaraland, and it was a short 2-1/2 drive to Palmwag. We were thrilled to arrive early enough to enjoy two beautiful pools, gorgeous views, and reasonably priced drinks at the bar. The meals are served buffet style in a stunning open-air restaurant with fantastic views. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you eat there. The dining area was very beautiful.

The location of this campsite was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and valley. the lodge and swimming pool areas were also very nice and provided a great place to relax. I enjoyed having my own BBQ, kitchen, and water tap on the campsite, which made cooking and cleaning easy. the bathroom and toilets were clean, just as I expected from a Gondwana property. the setting and amenities were wonderful.

This campsite did not live up to its reputation. the lack of running water in the early morning was a major inconvenience.

I always stay at this amazing campsite in Palm. I never regret it. The staff is helpful, they even found me a phone charger once. It has everything I need - free parking, security, bar, pool, laundry. Can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Palmwag Campsite! The campsite was spacious and well-equipped, with our own sink and braai place. The communal toilets and showers were clean, and the two swimming pools were a great addition. We enjoyed delicious food at the bar, and the dining area was absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and valley. we highly recommend Palmwag Campsite for a wonderful camping experience.

It would be great if there were more affordable accommodation options available, as the price gap between lodges and campsites in Namibia can be quite large.

Excellent location with concrete parking for motorcycles and shaded tent areas. Water, sink, and electricity available. Buffet restaurant nearby with sightings of elephants. Perfect for rhino sightings and game drives.

Loved that I could sneak into the fancy lodge and enjoy the perks of a restaurant, bar, pool, and activities! A private fireplace and barbecue in my campsite made me feel like a true outdoor chef. Views were fab!

Oh, and let's not forget the exorbitant prices for lodges! Who needs an arm and a leg when you can camp on a mountain.
